Brand-new and beautifully maintained room, all in all had real good stay.

Liked Biei, the hotel was wonderful small and beautiful very close to waterfall. The breakfast had a great selection of good food and drinks. Magnificent location and overall the staff was professional. What's more, it was very close to Right next to the waterfalls, and 5 minutes by car to the Blue Pond.

Great spot in Biei area with a short stroll to Shirahige Falls. It's awesome being so close to both the waterfalls and Blue Pond. the breakfast is fantastic, offering a variety of delicious meals 🌟.

Liked our rooms with air conditioning. Location: the hotel was not far from pedestrian bridge, and the center. Shirogane Onsen district was worth staying in.

We had a wonderful stay at an onsen hotel near the stunning Shirogane Waterfall. the room was clean and comfortable, with lovely views. the onsen facilities were fantastic, especially the outdoor one. We enjoyed the authentic Japanese meals that were provided, and appreciated the friendly and attentive service. We also loved the nearby noodle shop for lunch.

The hotel lacked variety in terms of breakfast options.

We loved the serene location, surrounded by the lush green mountains and the calming sound of the waterfall. Rooms had a traditional, Japanese feel and were well-maintained. The bed service during dinner was convenient. Japanese-style breakfast had a good variety and delicious coffee.

We stayed at a charming hotel in the middle of a serene valley with breathtaking views of snow-topped mountains. The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable, and the king-size bed was a dream come true. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hot bath was rejuvenating after a long day outside.

The breakfast was a huge disappointment. The variety of food was limited and awkwardly arranged.

We recently stayed at a hotel near the famous Shirahige Falls and we had a great experience. the staff was very welcoming and kind. Our room was extremely clean and each evening we were treated to a lovely, traditional Japanese dinner served in our room. We loved being able to experience local cuisine. the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions which made our stay even more convenient. Lastly, the hotel's outdoor onsen was amazing. It offered stunning views of the snow-capped mountains, and the toiletries provided made it feel like a luxurious spa day.

breakfast finished at 8 am and check-out was at 10 am, so we didn't get to enjoy the onsen in the morning before leaving.

It would have been even better if wifi was available in the rooms.
